This process is for any two people who would like to take their communication to the next level. Whether a couple or business relationship, this process will help you move from awareness into positive partnership action. It provides a foundation for building a strong understanding of each of your behavioral and communication styles. You will discover your partner's similarities and differences, strengths and challenge areas, motivators and values. I work with you to gain an in-depth understanding of your reports, integrate your new-found knowledge and create a oncrete and practical action plan to implement at work or home.

In this 90 minute session you get to the heart of what your true life legacy is - the difference your life will make on this planet. Finding and claiming your life purpose gives you powerful direction and the ability to live consciously and intentionally - not by "default". Capture the essence of what it means to be fully alive with a purpose in mind! This session is most beneficial after the 3rd month of coaching.
