Getting Started Together

Beginning coaching sessions is a stimulating, rich, and powerful experience, filled with laughter, love, and spirit. Through the life coaching process you add more color to each day. You get adult permission to dabble and play with the different hues, textures, and contrasts of your life. Naturally, your painting expands, beyond your present canvas into the full and expansive life of your dreams.

Except for the initial session that is pre-designed for your benefit, the client is the one who determines which topics or issues that they want to focus on. I send you a coach prep form which helps you clarify what is a priority for you in each session.

I encourage a three – six month commitment. However, the time commitment is really up to you and we will customize it to fit your specific situation. You can continue for as long as you feel you are receiving value. Making changes takes time, coaching helps you to reinforce lasting changes as opposed to temporary fixes.

We all find ourselves at some point in our lives, forced by internal or external circumstances, to reevaluate our current circumstances and future direction. Coaching can provide you with the encouragement and support needed to sift through, sort out, and re-prioritize your life. Starting with me is as simple as scheduling a 40-minute complimentary session today. Through this session, we will work together to determine your personal coaching needs so that you can reach your highest potential.

We begin your journey with a two-part Personal Discovery and Planning Session designed to help you build clarity and awareness around what is most important to you and how to make that happen in your life. After this initial process, we hold ongoing weekly sessions to maintain momentum and produce the results you desire.

Typically clients receive 2 - 3, 30 - 45 minute sessions each month, along with the support system, tools, and guidance needed to stay focused, energized, and inspired in between sessions. For best results, I encourage a 3 month commitment and a minimum of 2 - 3 sessions each month.

In order to accommodate all of my clients, coaching is available from anywhere in the world by telephone. I also offer e-mail and phone support between sessions, and provide all client materials necessary.
